Well, the writer says that if human beings keep on committing mistakes and learn from those mistakes with the help of computers, the world could make a progress on a new different level. This means that the coordination of human-based and computer-based errors under a trial-and-error process can open new doors of technology and other advancements for human beings.

He also asserted that a computer is an extension of human mind, so it's normal for it to commit mistakes for being human, which is the opposite statement of a general public opinion about computers and machines. In that way, we can say that this world is perfectly imperfect coz everything here is imperfect including living things and non-living things.
